Project Management

We manage your project through 5 specialist Project Management Offices (PMOs) supported by a central administration facility. Each PMO includes a Project Manager, Project Coordinators and Technical Lead Engineer(s).

 Logistics and Inventory Management

We manage the project inventory via a custom built and IMI owned software application. This application was purpose designed and built to simultaneously manage multiple IT infrastructure projects and BAU contracts.
