We specialise in IT infrastructure deployment and support services anywhere in Australia and New Zealand. Our three core strengths – Project Management, Logistics and local presence have enabled us to run some of the largest and most successful projects in Australia/NZ including work with IBM, Lenovo, Lexmark, NSW DET, Coles, McDonalds, KFC, Luxottica and many more...

Project Management

We manage your project through 5 specialist Project Management Offices (PMOs) supported by a central administration facility. Each PMO includes a Project Manager, Project Coordinators and Technical Lead Engineer(s).

Logistics and Inventory Management

We manage the project inventory via a custom built and IMI owned software application. This application was purpose designed and built to simultaneously manage multiple IT infrastructure projects and BAU contracts.

Locally based resources - a 4 layer resource engine

Our onsite services are of uniform quality and presentation regardless of who or where in Australia and New Zealand they are performed. This strategy is made possible by our unique 4 layer resource engine.
